Umber is made by 71 Labs and lives at umber.71labs.com.

Umber helps you discover and organize night-out ideas. You are responsible for deciding whether a place, event, reservation, route, or plan is right for you.

Recommendations

Recommendations may change based on availability, weather, location, opening hours, and provider information. Please confirm important details directly with the venue before you go.

Bookings and Third Parties

When Umber links to booking, maps, places, weather, or other services, those services may have their own terms and policies. Umber is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, service, or content.

Google Maps Platform

Some Umber features use Google Maps Platform services, including Places and Weather APIs. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Umber, interfere with the service, attempt to access systems without permission, or use Umber in a way that harms other people or violates the law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Umber grows. Continued use of Umber after changes means you accept the updated terms.
